End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("End-User" or "you") and Mozeik Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") for the use of DocNative ("Application" or "App").

1. Acknowledgement

This EULA is concluded between you and Mozeik Ltd. only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple") or Google LLC ("Google"). Mozeik Ltd., not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the Application and its content. This Agreement does not provide for usage rules that conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions or the Google Play Terms of Service as of the effective date of this Agreement.

2. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the Application.

3. License Grant and Scope

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use DocNative for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the following conditions:

• You may use the Application on any Apple-branded products or Android devices that you own or control
• Use must comply with the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (for iOS) or the Google Play Terms of Service (for Android)
• The Application may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing, Google Play Family Library, or volume purchasing programs where applicable
• This license permits you to download documentation for offline reference within the Application

4. Subscription Terms

4.1 Pro Subscription

DocNative offers an optional Pro subscription with the following terms:

• Price: £7.99 per year (or local equivalent)
• Billing: Charged annually to your Apple ID account or Google Play account
• Free Trial: New subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings (iOS) or Google Play subscriptions settings (Android)
• Refunds: Subject to Apple's or Google's refund policies and applicable law

4.2 Free Tier

The Application includes a free tier with limited functionality:

• Maximum of 2 downloaded documentation sets
• Maximum of 2 documentation downloads per 7-day period
• Limited customisation options

4.3 Pro Features

Pro subscribers receive access to:

• Unlimited documentation downloads
• AI-powered semantic search
• Theme customisation and dark mode
• Bookmarks and code snippets library
• TLDR command-line documentation
• Priority support

4.4 In-App Purchases

The Application may offer optional one-time purchases ("Tip Jar") to support development. These are non-refundable consumable purchases that do not unlock additional features.

5. Third-Party Documentation Licensing

Important: This Application provides access to documentation from numerous third-party sources, each subject to its original license.

5.1 Your Rights Regarding Bundled Documentation

• All documentation remains the property of its respective copyright holders
• Each documentation source is governed by its original open-source license (MIT, BSD, Apache 2.0, CC BY-SA, Python Software Foundation License, etc.)
• You pay for the Application viewer and offline functionality, not the documentation content itself
• Documentation content remains freely distributable under its original license terms

5.2 How to Access License Information

Complete license information for all documentation sources is available in the Application:

• Settings > Legal > Documentation Licenses - Browse all licenses with source URLs
• Documentation View - Tap the information icon while viewing any documentation set to see its specific license
• Each license includes: copyright holder, license type, full license text, and attribution requirements

5.3 Redistribution

If you redistribute documentation obtained from this Application, you must comply with the respective source license terms (e.g., providing attribution for MIT-licensed content, maintaining CC BY-SA status for adapted documentation).

6. Maintenance and Support

Mozeik Ltd. is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the Application, as specified in this EULA or as required under applicable law.

You and Mozeik Ltd. acknowledge that neither Apple nor Google has any obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Application.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We disclaim all warranties including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights

We do not warrant that the Application will:

• Meet your specific requirements
• Be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Contain accurate, complete, or timely information
• Be free from viruses or malicious code

7.1 Store Warranty Provisions

In the event of any failure of the Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple (for iOS) or Google (for Android), and they may refund the purchase price for the Application to you in accordance with their respective refund policies. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither Apple nor Google will have any other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Application, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be Mozeik Ltd.'s sole responsibility.

8. Product Claims

You and Mozeik Ltd. acknowledge that Mozeik Ltd., not Apple or Google, is responsible for addressing any claims of the End-User or any third party relating to the Application or your possession and/or use of the Application, including but not limited to:

• Product liability claims
• Any claim that the Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement
• Claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation

This EULA does not limit Mozeik Ltd.'s liability to you beyond what is permitted by applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

9.1 Application Ownership

The DocNative Application code, design, user interface, and functionality are proprietary to Mozeik Ltd. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9.2 Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
• Remove, modify, or obscure any proprietary notices, trademarks, or copyright notices
• Create derivative works or adaptations of the Application itself
• Use the Application to create competing products or services

9.3 Third-Party IP Claims

You and Mozeik Ltd. acknowledge that, in the event of any third-party claim that the Application or your possession and use of the Application infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Mozeik Ltd., not Apple or Google, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.

10. Restrictions on Use

You may not:

• Use the Application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Sell, assign, rent, lease, or transfer your license to the Application
• Attempt to circumvent any technical protections or security measures
• Circumvent or disable any usage restrictions or content protection mechanisms
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Application
• Interfere with or disrupt the Application's servers or networks

11. Third-Party Services and Terms

11.1 Service Providers

The Application integrates with the following third-party services:

• RevenueCat: Subscription and entitlement management
• Sentry: Error tracking and crash reporting
• Cloudflare: API infrastructure and content delivery

11.2 Compliance with Third-Party Terms

You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the Application. This includes but is not limited to:

• Your mobile carrier's data service agreement
• Apple's Terms of Service (for iOS users)
• Google Play Terms of Service (for Android users)
• Any applicable internet service provider terms

You are solely responsible for any charges incurred through your use of third-party services, including mobile data charges.

11.3 Privacy

Our collection and use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this EULA by reference. By using the Application, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that:

• You are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country
• You are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MOZEIK LTD. BE LIABLE FOR:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from unauthorised access or use of the Application
• Any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law

This limitation applies regardless of whether the liability arises in tort, contract, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, and even if Mozeik Ltd. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mozeik Ltd. from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of this EULA
• Your use of the Application
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your violation of applicable laws

15. Third-Party Beneficiaries

You and Mozeik Ltd. acknowledge and agree that Apple, Apple's subsidiaries, Google, and Google's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this EULA, Apple and Google will each have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as third-party beneficiaries thereof.

16. Termination

We may terminate this license at any time without notice if you violate any terms of this EULA. Upon termination:

• Your license to use the Application is immediately revoked
• You must cease all use of the Application
• You must delete all copies of the Application from your devices
• Sections 7, 8, 9, 13, 14, and 15 survive termination

17. General Provisions

17.1 Governing Law

This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

17.2 Severability

If any provision of this EULA is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17.3 Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Mozeik Ltd. regarding the Application.

17.4 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document
• Posting notice in the Application

Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified EULA. If you do not agree to any modifications, you should stop using the Application.

17.5 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this EULA will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
